Federal Deposit Insurance

The funds deposited in your America First Credit Union Accounts are insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), an arm of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). They insure your regular share accounts up to $100,000 (protection temporarily increased to $250,000 on all types of accounts until December 31, 2013) and your IRA account is separately insured up to $250,000.

This means your financial resources are backed by the full faith and credit of the United States government -- your money is secure with us!
