At AFCU, we want to know how you feel about the service levels as well as the products and services we provide. We welcome your comments at any time. You can also participate in a variety of surveys we perform. By regularly surveying the Membership, we are better able to serve your needs. Your participation in these surveys gives you a voice and provides a convenient way for you to express your likes, dislikes and needs.

The following are the various survey tools we use:

Online Member Survey: Once per month, a web pop-up appears after logging out of Web Access to ask for your feedback. Leave feedback during these scheduled surveys or let us know what's on your mind right now.

Comprehensive Member Survey: Once a year, the credit union sends this six-page survey to approximately 12,000 Members. The Comprehensive Member Survey is designed to give us an improved picture of the overall Membership to assist in making better operational, product development, and Member service decisions.

Call Center Research Surveys: In February and November, we contact Members who have contacted either our Lending Call Center or our Member Services Call Center, respectively. Each survey gathers information from approximately 600 randomly selected Members.

Service Quality Survey: Every month, 12,000 randomly selected Members who complete certain transactions with the credit union receive a one-page questionnaire in the mail. Members are asked to mail back their responses rating the service they received from one of 6 different areas in the credit union such as in-branch service, Loans, Business Services, and ATMs.

While we cannot fulfill every request, we thoroughly evaluate your comments and suggestions and implement them based on the overall needs of the Membership. Your participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and appreciated. If you are contacted and do not wish to participate, simply let us know and we will be happy to remove you from any future survey lists. All surveys are confidential, and we don't sell or disclose your personal information to anyone.
