  • Balance drops below or rises above a specific dollar amount
  • Credit limit is nearly reached
  • Automatic deposit posted to account
  • Check clearing information

Is there a fee for this service?
No. The e-Alerts service is free to all America First members.

How do I setup or modify e-Alerts on my account?
Select the e-Alerts link after logging in to Web Access Internet Banking. After reading and accepting the e-Alerts Disclosure, you'll be able to setup or modify your e-Alerts with our easy to follow wizard.

Are e-Alert messages secure?
Because e-Alerts are sent through standard e-mail, the content of the messages are not encrypted. However, no personal information (names, Social Security Numbers, etc.) is released other than the last few digits of your account number. This is used solely to reference the account in question. For additional information concerning the security of e-Alerts, please refer to the e-Alerts Terms and Disclosure.

Can I reply to an e-Alert message?
No. For security reasons, we can not respond to questions from regular email addresses. Select "Contact Us" after you've signed in to Web Access Internet Banking.

What email service will I need to use and access my e-Alerts?
Since e-Alerts are sent via standard e-mail protocol, any service that accepts e-mail should be sufficient. If using a cellular telephone to receive e-Alerts, you will need to ensure that your phone is enabled to receive standard e-mail messages, rather than text messaging. There may be addition fees from your cellular provider for this type of service.

Are e-Alerts sent via text messaging on my cellular telephone?
No. The e-Alerts service works only through e-mail. However, cellular phones enabled to receive standard e-mail will receive and display e-Alerts.

How frequently are e-Alerts sent
You can receive up to one message per day for each alert type you have enabled.

Why am I not receiving my e-Alerts?
If you are receiving other messages outside of those sent by America First, here are a few things to try:

  • Go to the e-Alerts page in Web Access Internet Banking to verify that your email address is correct and that e-Alerts are in an "Active" status.
  • Check to see if your e-Alerts are being caught in your spam or bulk email folders.
