Frequently Asked Questions

Online Statements

How do I cancel my paper statement?
After entering the Online Statements section, click the button labeled Discontinue Paper Statements. Simply read the Online Statement Consent and click Accept. We will discontinue sending your paper statement the next month. The following is the Online Statement Consent text:

By clicking Accept below, you agree to accept online through the Web Access Internet Banking program the following online statement documents: (1) periodic account statements, (2) annual notice of billing error rights, (3) annual privacy notice, (4) annual Electronic Funds Transfer notice, and (5) year-end IRS 1098 and 1099 statements. You may access your statements as PDF documents through the Web Access program. You must have Adobe Acrobat® Reader™ software to access the statements, and a printer or ability to download the statements for your records.
You have the right to request and receive periodic statements in paper form at any time or you may withdraw your consent to receive online statements by contacting any branch office or by calling (800) 999-3961 or contact us via the Web Access messaging system. There are no fees or account restrictions for choosing to withdraw your consent for online statements or to request a paper statement.

How do I get a paper statement?
If you have elected to cancel your mailed statement and would like a printed copy, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Print a copy of your Online Statements by clicking the print button (see How do I print my Online Statements FAQ).
  • Send us a message through the Web Access system. We'll print and mail you a copy.

If you have elected to cancel your mailed statement and would like us to start sending paper statements to your address, please contact us via the Web Access messaging system. You should begin receiving mailed statements the following month.

Why don't Online Statements display in my browser?
Browsers compatible with Netscape Navigator need the nppdf32.dll file (Windows) or PDF Viewer plug-in (Mac OS) to display the statement. When you install Acrobat Reader, this plug-in is automatically installed in the Netscape plug-in folder if you have Navigator on your system. If you install Navigator after installing Acrobat Reader, or if you're using another browser compatible with Navigator, you can install this plug-in yourself.

To install the Web browser plug-in (Windows):

  1. Open the Browser folder in the Acrobat Reader folder.
  2. Copy the nppdf32.dll file to your Web browser's plug-ins folder.

To install the Web browser plug-in (Mac OS):

  1. Open the Web Browser Plug-in folder in the Acrobat Reader folder.
  2. Copy the PDF Viewer plug-in to your Web Browser plug-ins folder.
