I haven't interacted much with this credit union, but the times that I have can be rated phenomenally. Last weekend when my wife and I were inquiring about a Home Equity Loan at a different credit union we kept getting the run around. We left and headed to America First where we found the process so much more organized and helpful. Before we could sit down after talking to the receptionist we had a loan officer taking us back.
