In keeping with the credit union philosophy of people helping people, America First established an employee volunteer program known as The Greater Good. The effort offers a planned, managed framework with the goal of motivating and enabling employees to effectively volunteer under the leadership of America First. Quarterly activities are focused on the following specific areas of need:
Quarter 1 - Health & Human Services
Quarter 2 - Community Beautification
Quarter 3 - Education
Quarter 4 - Warm the Soles of Kids
The Greater Good projects must benefit a nonprofit organization, school, or municipality.
