If your Visa® is missing, disable it with Card Guard in our mobile banking app while you look for it. Once it’s found, you can enable your card once again with the press of a button.

If you know the card was lost or stolen, please let us know as soon as possible with online banking. Log in, go to Settings, then scroll down to Security and Alerts. Or call 1-800-999-3961.

Be ready to provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Which card was lost or stolen
  • When it was lost/stolen
  • When it was last used
  • The state or country where it happened
  • Your mother's maiden name
  • If you believe your PIN was compromised

After you contact us, we’ll immediately cancel your card. You will not be liable for any fraudulent activity if it’s reported in a timely manner.
