Electronic alerts ("e-Alerts") are automatic messages sent about your America First accounts. These alerts are delivered automatically to your e-mail address as certain conditions are met within your account. For example, you may choose to be notified when your balance drops below a selected dollar amount. Clicking the "I Agree" button confirms your agreement to the following terms and conditions of the e-Alerts service. We must receive your e-Alerts agreement before any alerts are established on your account.
The funds deposited in your America First Credit Union Accounts are insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), an arm of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
Regulation D (Reg D), a regulation imposed by the Federal Reserve Board on all financial institutions, sets limits on the number of monthly transfers and withdrawals that can occur for a Savings or Money Market Savings account.

This Remote Deposit Services Agreement, ("Agreement") is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the Remote Deposit services offered to you by America First Credit Union ("Credit Union").
This schedule sets forth conditions, rates, fees and charges applicable to member Savings, Checking, Certificate Accounts, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), Coverdell Education Savings Accounts (CESAs), and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) at America First Federal Credit Union
This VISA Credit Card Agreement (Agreement) and the Account Disclosures accompanying this Agreement will govern your VISA Credit Card and account issued by America First Credit Union.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. There are some exceptions where returns are not allowed. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
