Homeowners whose loans are owned by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac and are affected by the coronavirus may be eligible to receive a forbearance on their monthly mortgage payments for a period of 1 to 12 months. This program is being offered for mortgages that are owned by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac and are serviced by America First Credit Union.
