One of the most important... We have an industry-leading, advanced fraud detection system that protects your debit, point-of-purchase, and credit card transactions. It's called Falcon. Falcon actually learns your purchase patterns, comparing real-time authorization data with your individual card behavior and existing trends.

When you use your debit or credit card, Falcon quickly analyzes the transaction, delivers an authorization decision, and determines if the account should be queued for further analysis. Then, a caseworker reviews the transaction and determines the appropriate course of action. Depending on the transaction, an analysis can result in you receiving a personal phone call to verify the activity on your account.

Of course, your transactions change over time. So the Falcon system continues to learn along with them, updating itself with every transaction.

These security benefits are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you plan to travel and want to avoid reviews of your transactions by the Falcon system, please call 1-800-999-3961 and we will suspend monitoring during the period you state.

If you receive a call from the Falcon fraud analysts, they will identify themselves as calling on behalf of America First security. Remember, you will NEVER be asked to give your Visa card number, account number, or PIN. You will only be asked to verify specific transactions on your account. If you ever have questions regarding the Falcon service, please contact us immediately.

Report a Lost or Stolen Card

  • To report a lost or stolen debit or credit card(s), please call 1-800-999-3961.
    • We'll cancel your card immediately.
    • You won't be liable for any fraudulent activity.
  • Be prepared to provide:
    • Your name.
    • Which card was lost/stolen.
    • Date lost.
    • Date last used.
    • Mother's maiden name.
    • State or country where lost.
    • If PIN was compromised.
  • You can block your PIN through Online Banking.
