Take advantage of our reporting system that gives you a detailed spending analysis of all your America First Business Visa purchases.
You can get free electronic reports that itemize card purchases by calendar month, and you can customize them to meet the needs of your business:
Note: One registered card per account. Duplicate cards with the same account number may be issued for authorized users/owners. Reporting will include all card activity combined.
Choose up to five different reports:
|Recap spending for each individual card* by calendar month. Purchase amounts are organized into eight general merchant categories (business services, materials and supplies, general merchandise, travel, lodging, meals and entertainment, vehicle and cash advances).|
|See details of each purchase (date, merchant name, location, and amount) for every registered card*. Purchases are grouped within the eight merchant categories.|
|Recap combined spending of all registered cards* by calendar month and merchant category.|
|Recap spending for each registered card* by merchant category. Includes period and year-to-date purchases and returns, as well as average period spending for each merchant category.|
|Our most detailed report. Spending summary for each registered card* by specific merchants in each category. (Allows you to analyze spending at individual merchants.)|
* Registered Card - one Visa Card Account Number per account. Multiple cards may be ordered for authorized users/owners with the same Visa Account Number
