No. Once you’re converted to America First, you won’t have access to a City Center account.
No. Once your account is converted, the City Center branch will close. Please click here for nearby America First locations.
Direct deposits, such as those from Social Security or your payroll/pension, will continue posting to the new account for six months until February 28, 2021.
You can continue to access your monthly statements through CCCU online banking until your account is converted. Future America First statements will be available through America First online banking.
No. Designated agent services will not be available.
Yes. Simply log in to online or mobile banking and select the Transfers option. You’ll need the account number and last name of who’s receiving funds.

No. Your City Center debit card will not work after the conversion. However, using America First ATMs is always free of charge. In addition, we participate in the CO-OP network which provides access to over 30,000 fee-free ATMs nationwide. To find the no-fee location nearest you, click here.
Your IRA will remain functioning as it now does with one small change—dividends will be paid monthly versus quarterly. Year-end tax notices, which include all related information, will come from America First.
All existing certificates will not renew, and funds will transfer to your savings at maturity.
No. Like City Center, America First does not participate in these programs.
Once your account is transferred, old City Center checks will continue to clear for six months, ending on February 28, 2021.
During the conversion, you can order a free box of America First checks. We also encourage you to start using America First checks when you receive them. For peace of mind, you may drop off City Center checks at any America First branch and we’ll securely dispose of them.
Yes. If funds are unavailable in checking, money will not be transferred from savings to cover overdrafts.
Once the conversion is complete, any pending City Center debit/credit card or ATM transactions will clear through your America First account.
No. The America First Visa® debit and credit cards included in your conversion packet will be activated. Once this occurs, City Center cards will no longer work.
After the conversion, you’ll need to contact any companies connected to your CCCU account and give them your new America First card number.
No. When the account is converted, you can make payments & transfers with America First online or mobile banking.
Yes, scheduled transfers will be set up on your America First account during the conversion.
These payments will automatically carry over to your America First account when the transfer’s completed. This will remain in effect for six months from the conversion date, ending on February 28, 2021.
Incoming ACH loan payments will automatically post to your new America First account for six months after the conversion date, ending on February 28, 2021.
The routing number, or ABA, is 324377516. Use it along with your account number for direct deposits, wire transfers, paying utilities & more.
External transfers must be reestablished at America First with online and mobile banking.
Log in to online banking via americafirst.com or through our free mobile banking app. For the initial login, you’ll need your America First account Personal Identification Numbers (PIN). When logged in, you’ll be required to create a password for future use. If you would like this service but don’t have a PIN, you may request one at a branch or call 1-800-999-3961.
During conversion, your City Center account paperless statement selection will carry over as is. To take advantage of this benefit:
Yes. Log in to online banking using your America First PIN or the password you created, click Settings, then select Change/Request PIN in the Profile section.

An overdraft occurs when you don’t have enough money in your account to cover a transaction, but we pay it anyway. We offer different overdraft services. Standard practices come with your account if you meet specific criteria. We also offer an overdraft protection plan or line of credit, which may be less expensive than our standard service.
