Business Account Terms Update

To streamline services and enhance business member benefits, we’re updating our Business Rate & Fee Schedule. An overview of these changes follows:

Basic & Non-Profit

  • 50 free items* per month

Premier

  • Unlimited free items
  • $10 monthly fee (rebated with 35 completed debit and/or credit card transactions per month)
  • Removed earnings credit allowance

High-Yield

  • Decreased $15 monthly fee (rebated with $50,000 in monthly deposits)
  • Required opening balances will be just $1.00

All Accounts

  • $5 paper statement fee**

These changes are effective July 1, 2025.

Also beginning July 1, you can upgrade to our Premier or High-Yield Business Checking accounts. Be sure to review the account details to determine which option best fits your business needs.

*Items are defined as written checks cleared, deposited checks, and deposit tickets. **Avoid fees by opting in to online statements using mobile or online banking.

Sign up for free online statements. It’s simple & secure:

  • Log in to your mobile app, select Menu, followed by Settings, then click on Statement Preferences. Using online banking, log in, choose Settings, then click Preferences, followed by Statement Preferences.
  • To verify statement status, log in to online banking, select Settings, click Preferences, then choose Statement Preferences. Or with mobile banking, log in, select Menu, choose Settings, then click on Statement Preferences.
  • You can cancel online-only statements using mobile banking at any time. Simply log in, navigate to Settings (under Menu), select Statement Preferences, then click on Enable Paper Statements.

Premier accounts receive rebates for completing 35 credit and/or debit card transactions in a month.

High-Yield Checking receive rebates for making $50,000 in total monthly deposits. Deposits are funds added via cash, check, ACH, wire, or ATM. Transfers from another account, such as savings or Money Market, are not applicable.

Monthly rebates can be found in mobile and online banking. Transactions will be posted to your account with the description of Business Service Charges Rebate.

Rebates will be posted the first week of the following month.

Monthly maintenance fees are posted under the Business Account Analysis section found on the last page of the statement. There is no monthly fee for Basic and Non-Profit accounts.

Paper statement fees are found on the last page of your statement under the Excess Usage Fee Calculation section for Basic and Non-Profit accounts, and under the Business Account Analysis section for Premier and High-Yield accounts.

The earnings credit allowance was a complex calculation that yielded fewer benefits than the current changes where Premier members now have unlimited free items.*
