Entry:  

• Twenty-five (25) entries for successfully ordering a new America First Jazz Visa® debit card

• One (1) entry for every swipe made until April 15, 2023

• One (1) entry without purchase or obligation via https://wwwapps.americafirst.com/specials/contest-registration.cfm?contestId=316

• All entries must be received by the close of credit union business on April 15, 2023

Selection of prize winners: America First Credit Union will randomly select five (5) winners of custom Jazz jerseys. Selection will take place following the campaign ending date and winners will be notified by America First via email.

Eligibility: Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Membership and eligibility are required. Employees and official family of America First Credit Union are ineligible. Business accounts do not qualify.  Qualifying transactions as entries must be processed by America First.

Additional terms & conditions: Drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Utah law governs this promotion. Non-Utah residents are eligible unless prohibited by state law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Contest prizes are not transferrable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. America First Credit Union reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value at the sponsor’s discretion and to make changes to the official rules that are effective upon announcement.
