Why wait for the mail when you can receive your statements electronically? Online Statements are at your fingertips after the fifth of every month, they're safer and more secure than traditional mailings and, of course, they're free.

Discontinue Paper Statements

To discontinue your paper statement, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Click the Other Services tab
  • In the Account Services section, click Cancel Paper Statements
  • Then click Cancel Paper Statements

Opt for Online Statements, and you will protect and simplify your finances.
To view your Online Statements, you must have Adobe Acrobat® Reader.

Frequently Asked Questions

After logging in to Online Banking and clicking on the Other Services tab, select Statement Preferences and click the link labeled Cancel Paper Statements. Then read the Online Statement Consent form and click Cancel Paper Statements. We will discontinue your paper statement the next month.
If you cancelled your mailed statement and would like a hard copy, you have the following options:
  • Click the print button while viewing your Online Statement.
  • Send us a message through Online Banking. We'll print and mail you one.
If your mailed statement is cancelled and you would like us to start sending paper statements to your address, please contact us via the Online Banking messaging system. You should begin receiving mailed statements the following month.
Tax information can be found by clicking on the "Statements and Tax Information" link within online banking.

1099 tax information for 2013 and older is included with your 2013 December Online Statement.

1099 tax information for 2014 and newer will be available under the "Year End Tax Information" section.

Note: Form 1099-INT (interest income) and Form 1099-R (IRA distributions) are only issued when aggregate amounts reported per taxpayer are $10 or more.
