DIRECT DEPOSIT

Contest period: February 6 to April 16, 2023.

Contest sponsor: America First Credit Union, 1344 W. 4675 S., Riverdale, UT 84405.

Prizes: Ten (10) weekly prizes of $250.00.

Odds: Depend on the number of entries received.

Entry: 

• Twenty-five (25) entries for receiving an IRS tax refund directly deposited to an America First account
• Twenty-five (25)  entries for using online banking to sign up for new direct deposits
• Five (5) entries for each weekly direct deposit until April 16, 2023
• One (1) entry for every $100.00 direct deposited until April 16, 2023
• One (1) entry without purchase or obligation via https://wwwapps.americafirst.com/specials/contest-registration.cfm?contestId=312

Entries must be received by the close of credit union business on April 16, 2023.

Selection of prize winners: America First Credit Union will randomly select one (1) prize winner each week for ten (10) weeks from February 6 to April 16, 2023, from all entries. The winners will be notified by America First Credit Union via email.

Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Membership, eligibility, terms & conditions are required. Employees and official family of America First Credit Union not eligible. Business accounts are not eligible. Qualifying transactions must be direct deposit only.

Additional drawing terms & conditions: Drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Utah law governs this promotion. Non-Utah residents are eligible unless prohibited by state law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Contest prizes are not transferrable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. America First Credit Union reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value at the sponsor’s discretion and to make changes to these official rules that are effective upon announcement. All decisions of the sponsor with respect to the contest are final. America First is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind related to or resulting from participation in the drawing or use of prizes. By accepting prizes, the winners agree to the sponsor’s use of names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless America First Credit Union from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the contest or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of prizes.
