We believe in caring for the people who work hard for us daily. Here are just a few benefits you’d enjoy as part of the America First family:
  • Insurance: For 30-hr/40-hr employees and their dependents, a range of options are available: group health plans; dental; vision; group life insurance; and more. Effective date of coverage is the first of the month following the employee's initial 60 days.
  • Holidays: America First observes Federal & State holidays throughout the year.
  • Retirement: Our established pension and 401(k) retirement plans will help provide income during retirement.
  • Education and Training: Upon prior approval, employees may be eligible for tuition assistance after 60-day probation is complete.
  • Cafeteria Plans: We’re happy to provide a cafeteria plan of flexible spending accounts for 30/40 hour employees.
  • Volunteering: Employees can be compensated when taking time off to serve in the community.
