JOBS AT AMERICA FIRST
TELLERS
As a key member of our front line, you'll interact with members each day, providing valuable assistance with transactions & other account needs. You'll also bond with coworkers and coordinate with other departments.
MEMBER SERVICE
Our contact center agents manage more than 4.5 million calls annually. As part of this group, you'll help resolve questions & concerns by thoroughly understanding credit union policies and procedures.
OPERATIONS
Departments work behind the scenes to ensure members have the means to develop and maintain financial well-being. There are careers in accounting, marketing, IT, loan underwriting, human resources and more.
