Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Membership and eligibility required. Employees and official family of America First Credit Union not eligible. Special, secondary, business, and other accounts are ineligible.
Prize(s): One (1) $500.00 Deposit into Member’s Checking account. Total value: $500.00.

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (MDT) Saturday, August 8, 2026. The clock of the Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for these Sweepstakes.
By submitting your completed online entry form and all other requested information as directed, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. No other method(s) of entry will be accepted, notwithstanding permitted additional entries.
A maximum of one (1) entry per person is allowed via the no purchase or obligation link. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that person’s entries and may result in disqualification.
Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt of such entry. Furthermore, Sponsor shall have no liability for any entry that is lost, intercepted or not received by the Sponsor. Entries that are incomplete or generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means, that have been submitted through illicit means or by any means which subvert the entry process or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all the conditions set out in the Official Rules will be void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email addresses.
By entering via the online portal, you affirm that you have read, understand and agree to these Official Rules. Entrants understand that they are entering at their sole risk. Sponsor is not responsible for any claims arising from an entry specifically including, but not limited to, claims for intellectual property infringement and privacy rights violations, as well as violations of the respective social media site’s terms and conditions.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of sending email is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry.
*Entrants may receive additional entries into the Sweepstakes for each successful External Transfer during the Entry Period. Minimum balance of $25.00 per external transfer to qualify. No limit to number of additional entries. Membership, eligibility, terms & conditions apply.
Odds: Actual odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Prize winner selection: America First Credit Union will randomly select one (1) prize winner received during the Giveaway period. Selection will take place within one (1) week following the Giveaway period end date. Winner not required to be present. The winner will be notified by America First Credit Union via email or telephone. Winner’s account must be in good standing. Good standing also applies to any linked or joint accounts. The winner will have one (1) calendar week to redeem prize. If it is not redeemed within one (1) week, another winner will be selected.
If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit and tax documents within the required time period (if applicable), declines the prize or prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Administrator will select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries from the entry form, in order of entries received. the random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. All alternate potential winners are subject to all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. If an alternate potential winner(s) declines the prize or is disqualified, the prize(s) will not be awarded.
Potential winners are restricted from any communication (e.g., announcing, telling any other person, or posting online via website, blog or any social media platform) stating that they have been contacted or are a potential winner or winner until Administrator has fully verified eligibility and Administrator has notified potential winner that he or she has been approved to communicate winner status.
Additional terms & conditions: Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). Utah law governs this promotion. Non-Utah residents are eligible unless prohibited by state law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Sweepstakes prize(s) are not transferrable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. America First Credit Union reserves the right to substitute a prize(s) of comparable value at the sponsor’s discretion and to make changes to the official rules effective upon announcement. All decisions of the sponsor with respect to the sweepstakes are final. America First Credit Union is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind related to or resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or use of prize(s). By accepting prize(s), the winner agrees to the sponsor’s use of names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless America First Credit Union from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the sweepstakes or their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize(s). The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging accommodations, any transportation costs, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Waiver of Liability/Publicity Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. The Winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to Sponsor, and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy Policy: The sponsor may request personal identifiable information such as names, email addresses, phone number, states or zip codes, ages, and gender. Personal information collected by the sponsor is used to contact you in the event of being selected as a winner, as well as delivering offers and other marketing material. We do not sell or otherwise share any information provided and it is only used internally to compile anonymous statistics about our user base and create a contact list for sending offers and marketing. All data collected by the sweepstakes administration is protected by the same security measures and procedures as the rest of the data we collect and process on our website at https://www.americafirst.com/documents/privacy-policy.pdf. You have the right not to provide the information requested or can simply not enter a giveaway if you do not wish to provide personal information.

List of winner(s): At the end of the Giveaway period and after the winner’s selection, you can obtain a copy of these official rules and the winner’s name by mailing a request with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: America First Credit Union, Attention: Marketing Strategies, 1344 W. 4675 S., Riverdale, UT 84405. Requests must be received no later than two (2) weeks following the sweepstakes period end date.
