These terms & conditions (Terms) govern the Jazz+ and Mammoth+ rebate Program (Program) offered by America First Federal Credit Union (Credit Union). Your participation in the Program or accepting any Program Rewards Points offered constitutes agreement to these Terms, as amended from time to time.
Definitions
Account: Refers to Credit Union Premium Checking in good standing prior to a Jazz+ or Mammoth+ monthly subscription purchase.
Eligible Card: Refers to a Credit Union credit or debit card duly linked to the member's Account. Members making Jazz+ and/or Mammoth+ monthly service transactions using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal must be processed through Credit Union debit or credit cards. Please be advised, ACH transactions initiated via third-party platforms are not eligible.
Program: Jazz+ and Mammoth+ monthly subscribers receive rewards for purchasing Jazz+ and/or Mammoth+ with eligible Cards, excluding single-game or annual transactions.
Jazz+ and/or Mammoth+: Monthly subscription services, excluding single-game streaming purchases or annual subscriptions.
Reward Points: Credited to America First Rewards equivalent to monetary value.
We, Us, Our, and Credit Union: Refers to America First Federal Credit Union and its agents or contractors.
You, Your: Refers to a member owning an Account and participating in the Program.
Program Eligibility & Participation
Members must ensure residences are within Jazz+ and Mammoth+ streaming footprints. Check eligible zip codes at segplus.com.
Subscriptions are purchased with eligible Cards. The Program applies only to monthly Jazz+ and/or Mammoth+ monthly subscriptions.
Accounts will be credited 1,000 points per month to America First Rewards for each Jazz+ and 500 points for each Mammoth+ monthly subscription. Only one monthly rebate per Account is allowed.
Rebates will be given to Jazz+ monthly subscriptions purchased or renewed on or after 10/1/2025.
Program is valid until 9/30/26 at 11:59 P.M. MST. Subscriptions, purchases, and renewals after this time are ineligible.
Member Responsibilities
You are responsible for any taxes arising from Rewards Points. The Program is void where prohibited by law. Points are subject to the terms and conditions of America First Rewards.
Limitations
No rebates are provided for single- or annual-game purchases.
The Credit Union is not affiliated with SEG+, Jazz+ or Mammoth+ and makes no representations or warranties concerning such services.
Program Amendments
The Credit Union reserves the right to amend, cancel, change, or suspend the Program at any time, effective upon notice. Notices may be provided electronically via website or email. It is Your responsibility to review the Program Terms periodically for updates.
No Liability
The Credit Union is not liable for any issues arising from using Program services. Any disputes regarding Jazz+ or Mammoth+ must be resolved directly with the provider.
Termination
You may opt out of the Program at any time. In case of dissatisfaction, the sole remedy is to stop participating.
Governing Law
Program terms are governed by Utah law.
Entire Agreement
Program terms constitute the agreement between You and the Credit Union. In case of any conflict between these terms, FAQs, and/or other Program-related communications, these terms prevail.
