If you’re unable to hear audio during the meeting:

• Verify that your desktop or laptop is not muted.
• Adjust the volume on the media player you’re using.
• Make sure your headphones are plugged in or connected via Bluetooth

If you experience video issues during the meeting:

• reload the page. If this doesn’t help, clear your browser’s cache and try again.

Streaming on Safari?

• If you are using Safari the stream is best viewed in a private browser window. Press Command+Shift+N simultaneously on the keyboard to start the private browser window.

How to clear browser cache on Windows?

• Using Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window. Remember to close the browser and restart it after clearing the cache and cookies.

How to clear browser cache on Mac?

• Using Google Chrome or Opera press Command+Shift+Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window. Remember to close the browser and restart it after clearing the cache and cookies.
• Using Safari press Command+Option+E simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window. Remember to close the browser and restart it after clearing the cache and cookies.
• Using Mozilla Firefox do the following:
  • In the main menu of the browser select "History" and below that the submenu-item "Clear Recent History..."
  • A popup opens. In the drop-down menu, you can define the time range you want to delete the cache. You have the following options: last hour, last two hours, last four hours, today or Everything.
  • Select the appropriate timeframe from the drop-down menu.
  • Afterwards, click on the arrow next to "Details" to show the different possibilities for which data should be deleted. If you want to delete only the cache, then check only the checkbox next to "Cache".
  • With a click on the button "Clear now" you delete the cache.
  • Reload the site afterwards.
