I am a business development professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, financial services, and relationship management. 

Currently serving as a Business Development Representative for America First Credit Union, Spencer works with business owners and community leaders to establish meaningful partnerships, satisfy loan needs, and connect businesses with financial solutions that support their growth. His role includes developing business partnerships, networking in the community, and representing America First at business and civic events. 

Prior to joining America First, I held leadership and business development roles across several industries, including healthcare, staffing, marketing, and financial services. I have also held positions with organizations such as Fidelity Investments, Wells Fargo Advisors, Kelly, and Transparent Teeth, where I consistently delivered strong results while maintaining a client-first approach.

I earned my MBA from Western Governors University and I’m passionate about building genuine relationships, creating opportunities for business growth, and helping others succeed. I enjoy being actively involved in my community here in Utah and believe that trust, service, and meaningful connections are the foundation of long-term success.
