Entry: 

·       10 entries for ordering an official Utah Athletics Visa® debit card

·       One (1) entry for every swipe made with that card until November 11, 2023

All entries must be received by the close of credit union business on day November 11, 2023.

Prize winner selection: America First Credit Union will randomly select four (4) prize winners following

the campaign ending date on November 11, 2023, who will be notified by America First via email.

Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Membership and eligibility required. America First Credit Union employees and volunteers are not eligible. Not applicable to special, secondary, business, and other accounts. Qualifying transactions must be made by debit or credit cards from the applicable account opened and active.

Non-Utah residents are eligible unless prohibited by state law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Prizes are not transferrable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. America First Credit Union reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable value at the sponsor’s discretion and make changes to the official rules effective upon announcement. All decisions of the sponsor with respect to the sweepstakes are final. By accepting prizes, winners agree to the sponsor’s use of names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless America First Credit Union from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the sweepstakes or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of prizes. Personal information collected by the sponsor is used to contact winners and deliver offers and marketing material. We do not sell or otherwise share any information provided and it is only used internally to compile anonymous statistics about our user base and create a contact list. You have the right not to provide information requested or can simply not enter a sweepstakes if you do not wish to provide personal information. All data collected by the sponsor’s administration is protected by the same security measures and procedures on our website.

List of winners: At the end of the sweepstakes period and after the winners’ selection, you can obtain a copy of these official rules and winners’ names by mailing a request with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: America First Credit Union, Attention: Market Strategies, 1344 W. 4675 S., Riverdale, UT 84405. Requests must be received no later than two (2) calendar weeks following October 31, 2023.
